A real estate platform for renters
who want to buy their first home.
Renters sign up, get matched with an agent and get part of the commission back when they buy. I originally designed the agent, member and admin screens at a product agency. This page is a visual redesign of that work, with a warmer and more editorial style.
Haven is an anonymized name for client work. The flows come from my original designs; the visual style is a new exploration with illustrative data.
01 / Agents
A new referral has a few minutes to be accepted.
When a renter is matched, the agent gets a short window to accept before the referral moves to the next agent. In the first version this was a small green banner above a long table. I made it the main card on the screen, with the budget, area and language, and a countdown ring.
Deals below show their stage as a simple bar with eight steps, so agents can scan where each client is without opening anything.
02 / Members
Showing renters where they are.
Buying a first home has a lot of steps. The member home shows the eight stages, the next thing to do and the agent assigned to them. The estimated reward is shown in its own block, because it is the main reason people join.
03 / Visual system
Forest green, cream and mint.
The original product used a bright mint on white. I kept the mint as the accent and added a deep green and a warm cream, with Fraunces for headlines and prices and Inter for the interface. The goal was to make it feel closer to a home than to a bank.
